![]() Grand Targhee Ski Team programs are designed for school-age athletes who are interested in pursuing competition or general excellence within the competitive sports of Alpine ski racing, freestyle skiing and snowboarding. We offer flexible and affordable programs for all levels of snowsport competition. Programs include one-, two- and three-day-per-week programs to fit any budget and any age or skill level of your child. Our programs include: Targhee Tigers, a half-day-per-weekend program for younger, starting @ $275 for 8 sessions; Comp Development, a one- or two-day program designed for skiers ready to step up their competition participation, priced at $440 and $715 respectively; and the Advanced Comp program for more experienced competitors who are ready to compete in a larger amount of regional competitions, priced at $880. If there are financial constraints, please consider applying for a scholarship (download form). In addition to our basic programs, the Ski Team provides on-snow coaching during the Teton Valley School District's Winter Sports Program (see form below). In the past, kids would train with volunteer parents. Now, ski team members can jump on the Ski Team Van and train with their coach. Kids are picked up and dropped off at their school. | Program Registration | This
form is used to request the specific program(s) your child will be
particpating in. It also provides the team with contact information to
be used throughout the season. The form must be accompanied with the
appropriate payment or credit card info. Download the PDF |
| Medical Release | In the
event of an injury, this form authorizes the team to contact your
child's doctor and request medical services in the case of injury. Download the PDF |
| Liabilty Release | This
form holds the GTST harmless in the event of an injury. Download the PDF |
| Work Deposit | The
GTST requires that parents of team members volunteer a small amount of
time, sometine during the season, in order to help with planning and/or
running events. A refundable deposit of $200 for 2-day members, or $100
for Tigers and 1-day members — in the form of personal
check — must be submitted with this form. After fulfilling the
volunteer
requirement, your un-cashed check will be returned at the end

| Winter Sports | Indicate winter
sports on the Program Reigistration form, and submit this form to your
school to authorize early release of your chils to a ski team coach.. Download the PDF |
| Member Handbook | In
addition to the forms above, parents and team members must read, sign
and abide by the GTST Member Handbook and its Code of Conduct. Download the PDF |

| USSA
& USASA Membership |
The
team's insurance is through USSA, so all GTST members must
join the USSA. Alpine Racing Team and Freestyle Team skiers
need to join USSA anyway, in order to compete in USSA sanctioned
events. Snowboarder and freestyle skiers who wish to compete is
USASA events must also join the USASA (see below). Fill out the
appropriate form(s), attach a check, and submit this with your
enrollment packet, The
team will send this form into the USSA, and your child will recieve

Forms and
payments can mailed to: GTST, P.O. Box 1042, Driggs, ID 83422. You may
also bring the forms up to Grand Targhee Resort, on any Saturday or
Sunday, and give them to a team coach. We meet in the Pizza Loft, above
Wild Bill's Grill, from
9:00 to 9:30 a.m., every Saturday and Sunday during the season. If you
